She has served as the CEO of a strategic consulting firm, a consultant to dozens of public companies, a partner and analyst in an investment fund, and a lecturer on value investing. She holds a BA and MA in Economics and Business Administration.

Her experience and expertise in the Israeli capital market form the foundation of the FairCast methodology, which combines classic fundamental analysis with advanced technological tools. Alongside her business activities, Shiry is a regular economic commentator on Channel 10, where she hosts the weekly segment "Under the Radar", analyzing leading stocks in the Israeli market.

Ron is in charge of the technological architecture of FairCast. He comes with an extensive background in Cyber Security and Big Data, as an alumnus of one of the world's leading high-tech companies in its field.

Currently, nearing the completion of his degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, Ron specializes in building complex data processing systems and artificial intelligence applications tailored to the financial environment. His ability to translate "market noise" into precise mathematical models is the engine behind the accuracy of FairCast.
